The essence of my job is to serve our Chefs to the best of our ability. My experience in sales means that I focus on great service, attention, and communication. We need to make sure we minimize stock shortages as much as we can and maximize the customers' satisfaction. In my Category Manager position, the most important thing is to understand our customers’ needs and be able to give them the right offer, including price and quality, with appropriate timing. In a nutshell, customer satisfaction is KEY. I love the contact with our customers and suppliers, being able to work with amazing products, and I still learn something new every day even after 10 years in this industry. My proudest achievement overall is seeing the relationships I have been able to build with chefs and suppliers over the 10 years I have spent at Classic Fine Foods.
I feel that every day is different and there is no routine at all. We have just participated in the biggest food fair in the region, Gulfood, and we have a lot of exciting projects and product launches coming soon. It is always an exciting time when we hope that each new item can become a future success story.
