They are the front line of support, being the initial point of contact for any question or inquiry. Therefore, immense pride is taken in offering friendly and knowledgeable support for any query or issue that may pop up.

A typical day consists of answering phones, and being the mediator between the customer and other departments within the company, such as sales and the warehouse. But it's not just a question of answering the phone, the team also deal with some Sales Administration tasks such as processing incoming orders, checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices. These are the qualities that help communication run smoothly to maximise customer satisfaction, and Classic Fine Foods prides itself in doing so.

In my position, I assist our customers with their orders, address their complaints and answer their questions. I also provide them with information about our products and services, or detail our return process, and address any concerns they may have. At times, I also help customers better understand our products and answer their questions in case they need more information. Classic Fine Foods offers superior customer service, and I am one of the people who ensures that the customer always gets the best service. It is great to interact with our customers, and over the years, I have managed to build some strong work relationships. As we have new products coming in on a regular basis, I get to expand my food knowledge which is very enriching.

I take pride in doing my job to the best of my ability and love being recognized for my efforts. We are currently working on a digital transformation, that will save us time and make us more efficient. I can't wait to see the results and how they will affect our daily tasks.
